Job DescriptionState Farm Rain Guo Agency is looking for insurance agent who is interested in a long term employment and career. This Insurance Account Manager/ Office Sales job is combined with the job duty of Customer Service and Sales role.

*Responsibilities*
  • Develop leads, identify customer needs, provide appropriate products and services to new prospects.
  • Provide friendly and remarkable service to existing clients, meanwhile generate cross-selling opportunities
  • Assist the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
*Requirements*
  • Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • People-oriented, Positive personality.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Goal-oriented & self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
  • Insurance Sales experience is a plus
