"I normally do not write reviews, but I must write this one for Iris! On a hot summer afternoon, without an appointment, I walked into Rain Guo’s State Farm office in Flushing. A few days ago, I switched from my previous ever non-reachable and error-prone agent to Rain Guo’s office after I read raving reviews during my search for a new representative. Iris Weng greeted me warmly upon my entry. I introduced myself and explained my purpose of being there. She immediately knew who I was and showed me a stick note with my name and phone number written on it. She did her homework and was about to contact me! I sat down at her desk. In less than 30 minutes, Iris professionally and patiently answered all my questions and explored all the possibilities with me to reach a satisfactory insurance plan pertaining to my property. Iris’s expertise, professionalism, grace, understanding and compassion gave me a peace of mind. I feel so privileged to have Iris as my representative! Thank you, Iris!"
